How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the billing period. Resume before it ends at no extra cost.
You can cancel at any time, and you keep everything you paid for until the end of the current billing period.
How to cancel
- Open the plan dialog and click Cancel Plan on the Free plan card.
- Tell us briefly why you are leaving. Your feedback goes straight to the team.
- Confirm the cancellation. If you are on a monthly plan and this is your first cancellation, you may be offered a one-time discount to stay instead.
What happens next
- You are not charged again. Your billing shows Access ends with the last day of your plan.
- Until that day you keep your plan's features and remaining Plot Points.
- When the period ends your account moves to the Free plan. Unused subscription points expire, while Booster points stay in your account.
- Your projects and generated media are not deleted.
Changed your mind?
Before the period ends, open the plan dialog and click Resume Plan on your current plan. Your subscription continues with the same billing date and nothing extra is charged. After the period has ended, simply subscribe again.
Refunds
Subscription payments and Plot Points are non-refundable, as set out in our Terms of Service. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we will look into it.
